About Potluck
Jen Arsenault, the founder of Potluck, grew up immersed in Korean cuisine—a privilege of her mixed heritage. She never anticipated that Korean culture would achieve the widespread popularity it enjoys today.
During middle school, Jen marveled at the rise of Korean beauty products, like sheet masks, appearing in local pharmacies. As the years passed, she witnessed K-pop dominate the charts and Korean dramas become staples on American streaming platforms.
Despite these trends, Jen's favorite Korean food staples were still exclusively shipped from Korea, handcrafted by her mother's family. When these ran out, she found local Korean ingredients lacking in comparison. She longed for staples that were distinctive, enjoyable, healthier, and reminiscent of home.
Thus, Potluck was born—a line of all-natural Korean staples inspired by the joy of sharing a great meal. Whether one is Korean, a fan of Korean flavors, or new to Korean cuisine, Potluck extends an invitation to explore something fresh, savor something crafted with care, and make it your own!
